Introduction

Appointments

• Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Procedures

• Cancellations for medical procedures must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled procedure will result in a charge of 20% of the procedure cost as a cancellation fee.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for eligible cancellations as per the terms outlined above.
• Refunds are not available for medical consultations or services already rendered.

Refund Process

• For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

• Consultation fees once the consultation has occurred.
• Fees for services or procedures that have already been initiated or completed.
• Any charges explicitly stated as non-refundable during booking or at the time of payment.

Exceptions and Special Cases

• If a service or procedure is canceled or rescheduled by the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
• In cases of medical emergencies, refunds may be considered at the clinic’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
